I launched 80+ initiatives in 8 years across multiple startups.

Here are 8 questions I learned to ask myself before launching any new initiative while building the startups

Q1. Is there a specific positive impact I can make in the life of the audience?

Example- Transforming sales outcomes for the leaders.

Q2. Is there any relevant experience I had that I can show to my audience?

Example- Have helped more than 200 professionals with Sales Jobs.

Q3. What is my commitment and value creation to my audience?

Example- I would be sharing a 30 day challenge with guides, techniques and ebooks that will help you improve sales outcomes.

Q4. Are there any long term plans for this initiative? What would be my promise?

Example- If you succeed in the 30 day challenge, I would help you personally to improve your funnel.

Q5. Who is going to help me run this initiative?

Example- I always identify two critical team members for any initiative — Coordinator and Marketing Specialist.

Q6. How will I win the trust of my audience?

Example- Share checklist, guides and collaborate with thought leaders in talking about this initiative.

Q7. How can I challenge the status quo and introduce something unique?

Example- 7 days executive coaching as a gift for challenge winners.

Q8. Have I set any examples with the initiative?

Example- My own success story with the 30 day challenge.

Instead of focusing on the final metrics like revenue, conversions and impressions before launch, these checkpoints have drastically improved the success of new initiatives.

What else would you add?
